Brewferm
Brewferm is a Belgium based company that provides high quality European styles of ales and lagers. The can kits we carry include.
Brewferm Diablo which produces 9 Liters very similar to Diablo or the Devil! A good example of the style is known as Duvel of course. The red side of gold in color and best drunk in a small glass 9 liters at 7% ABV.
Brewferm Abdij 9 Liters which produces 9 Liters in trappist monk style beer. A good example of this style is Achel or Rochefort triples. 8% ABV
Brewferm Framboos 12 Liters of full flavored and with a bouquet and taste of raspberries.
Kriek –produces 12 Liters of Cherry beer, it’s very close to the commercial Kriek , or cherry beer.
Ambiorix Brewferm -15 liters Darkish beer with a slightly sour taste, the Belgian Ambiorix Dubbel is 8% so this one is lower in alcohol at 6.5%.
Brewferm Triple- 9 liters triple what, the malts of course? It’s also 9% ABV so it’s triple strength.
Brewferm Christmas 7 Litres A beer especially for Xmas! Best brewed anytime of the year really and drunk anytime as well. In fact a little bit of Christmas in the summer is nice!

Coopers is an Australian based company that provides high quality styles of ales and lagers. The can kits we carry include.
Australian Pale Ale Home Brew Concentrate
Due to popular demand our master brewers have developed a beer concentrate in the style of the famous COOPERS ORIGINAL PALE ALE which is considered an Australian icon. The finest 2-row barley, hops and specially selected yeast combine to produce a beer with fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness and compelling flavour perfect for every occasion.
English Bitter Home Brew
Coopers English Bitter is a brown copper color with red hues and a creamy head. It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavors finishing with a firm bitter finish. It may be served slightly less chilled, if desired.
Lager Home Brew Concentrate
Straw color with golden hues and a lacy white head. Light floral aromas follow through on a light to medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavors and a clean finish. An Australian Lager style with plenty of character.
Draught Home Brew Concentrate
Light yellow-gold color with a tightly packed white head, floral nose with a hint of malt, medium bodied palate with delicate hopping and a slightly bitter finish. The most discerning draught drinker will appreciate this beer.
Real Ale Home Brew Concentrate
Bright golden color with a strong head. Pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouth feel and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Coopers’ Traditional Ale.
Dark Ale Home Brew Concentrate
Rich mahogany color and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouth feel dominated by roasted malt flavors, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish. A favorite amongst dark beer drinkers.
Canadian Blonde Home Brew Concentrate
Pale Straw color. Crisp pale malt aromas with a hint of spicy hops, clean pale malt flavors and a light-bodied palate that finishes with obvious hop bitterness. Perfect for summer drinking.
Mexican Cerveza Home Brew Concentrate
Mexico is known for its arid lands, dusty conditions and oppressive heat. So it’s not surprising that the people of Mexico are expert at quenching a thirst. Coopers Mexican Cerveza (beer) emulates the style of the finest quality beers exported from Mexico. This premium beer is light in style with a fresh clean taste, ideally served ice-cold with a wedge of lime or lemon.
European Lager Home Brew
Coopers European Lager captures the style of the finest quality lagers exported from Northern Europe. Serve well chilled in a tall, narrow glass with a generous head of 5cm or so and savor the herbaceous hop aroma and crisp finish. For the best results mix with 1kg of Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 and store for at least 12 weeks in the bottle prior to drinking.
Thomas Coopers Brewmaster Selection WHEAT BEER
A pale, cloudy beer, refreshingly spritzy and tart with a delicious creamy frothiness, Thomas Coopers Wheat Beer is made from premium malted wheat, pale malted barley and selected hops. Wheat beers are a great summer refresher, low in bitterness and considered by many as the “champagne” of the beer world.
Muntons
Export Stout - Strong and full of body, serve chilled to appreciate this very dark, very hoppy stout. You don’t have to be a genius to enjoy this beer. OG 1040° to 1044°.

IPA Bitter - IPA Bitter is a light, delicately balanced beer. Originally brewed for consumption in India, it is an ideal thirst-quencher. OG 1040° to 1044°.
Continental Lager - This is a light amber hoppy lager modelled on the full-bodied beer available across mainland Europe. Serve chilled to appreciate its rich character. OG 1040° to 1044°.
Pilsner - A light, refreshing, thirst-quenching beer popularised in warm climates. This is the lightest beer in the Connoisseurs range. Serve chilled OG 1040° to 1044°.
Export Pilsner - Originating from Bohemia. This is a full-bodied lager for the more discerning palate. At its best when served chilled. OG 1040° to 1044°.

Mountmellick
Mountmellick was a settlement in the fifteenth century. Situated on a narrow river called the Owenass (river of the falls) with an encampment on its banks at Irishtown. Over looking this valley with its trees and wild life was a small church called Kilmongan (Ivy Chapel), which was closed by Penal Laws in 1640.
To this setting the Society of Friends (The Quakers) came in 1657 led by William Edmundson, they saw a future for this settlement and built it into a town. This town was to grow to eight thousand people. With twenty-seven industries, which included Breweries, Distillery, Woollen Mills, Cotton, Tanneries and Glass, it was a boomtown in the late nineteenth century.

Bock
Full body and deep color, with a trio of grains for a complex, harvest-rich taste. Compare to: August Schell, Einbecker.
Brown Ale
Deep and rich in color, mild and slightly sweet in flavor, with just a hint of hops. Compare to: Newcastle, Sam Smith.
Canadian Ale
Pure bottled sunlight! A golden brew with medium body and a delicate hop aroma. Clean tasting and dry. Compare to: Molson’s, Moosehead.
Continental Dark
A dark amber, Bavarian style brew, yet still fairly light in taste and body. Malt taste prevails over hops, with overtones of sweetness. Compare to: Heineken Dark, Spaten, Hacker-Pshorr.
Continental Light
Pleasant straw solor, with nice body and hop aroma. The classic European brew. Compare to: Heineken, Beck’s.
India Pale Ale
The Captain’s brew. Rich in body with a deep copper color and well hopped. Includes 2 cans, plus oak chips for special

Irish Stout
A rich, traditionally formulated stout, full-bodied, will hopped with sweet aftertaste. Complex in flavor, with

Nut Brown Ale
A complex formula using grainmalts, extract, dried malt extracts and dark brown sugar, producing a rich, nutty

Pale Ale

Pilsner
Light in color and body, well-hopped. A good match for Central Europe’s finest. Compare to: Pilsner Urquell.
Porter
Medium-bodied with a rich, dark color. Hoppy but not bitter. Fully flavored. Compare to: Anchor, Sierra Nevada.
Red Ale
Full-Bodied, 2-can kit producing a full bodied brew rich in flavor, with glorious red highlights.
Brewers Best Beer Kits
Vienna Lager
Munich, Vienna and caramel malts combine to provide a rich malt aroma. When lagered this beer will finish clean and dry with no fruity esters. Vienna Lager is moderately hopped. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.
English Pale Ale
A classic English style that yields medium-high bitterness above a foundation of caramel maltiness. Hop character is derived from heavy bittering addition. This is a well-balanced, drinkable Special Bitter.
American Amber
Pale ale malt combined with medium caramel malt create a rich, copper color. Bitterness is balanced to match the malt character. Smooth clean finish with moderate carbonation level.
Continental Pilsner
One of the world’s classic beer styles, this recipe is best enjoyed when lagered. Pilsner malt extract produces a straw color. A dry beer that finishes with ample hop bitterness. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.
Red Ale
A medium-light bodied ale with a deep red hue. Our Red Ale is smooth and easy drinking. Nice balance of caramel malts and specialty grains. Low hop bitterness.
American Cream Ale
An ale version of the American lager style. Clean, light and simple to brew. Faint malt notes with a hint of corn-like presence. An easy drinker.
American Pale Ale
Perhaps the most widely brewed American style ale. Moderately strong hop aroma and bitterness. Pale ale malt base provides deep gold, almost amber, color and medium-bodied mouthfeel.
Kolsch
Kölsch is a crisp, clean, easy-drinking ale. It has a straw-yellow hue similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter and uses pale malts and a small amount of wheat. The lager-like characteristics this ale is famous for are achieved by using a liquid Kölsch yeast.
English Brown Ale
This medium-bodied brew has a malty character surrounded by a nutty aroma. Crystal malts with a touch of chocolate malt create the brown color balanced by a subdued hop flavor.
American Light
This recipe uses the traditional combination of pilsner malt, rice and corn adjuncts. It is light-bodied, refreshing and thirst quenching. A very easy recipe to brew and an excellent entry to craft brewing.
European Bock
A dark, moderately strong malty lager. Our Bock uses Munich malt extracts and darker specialty grains for color adjustment. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.
Irish Stout
A dark, roasty, creamy ale. Although nearly black in color, this beer is medium-bodied and finishes dry from the roasted barley addition. Maltodextrin creates a thick, long-lasting head.
German Altbier
A classic German style, our Altbier is amber colored with a nice malty character. It is moderately hopped maintaining the true style of this Amber hybrid. A great beer to ferment cool and cold condition.
German Octoberfest
Amber in color with a nice blend of Munich malt and crystal grains. Medium-bodied, malty and finished with a distinct hop flavor. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.
Dunkelweizen
Munich and chocolate malts combine to create a darker, maltier version of its lighter counterpart, Hefeweizen. Amber-brown in color yet medium-bodied with a slightly sweet, bready flavor. A specialty wheat yeast produces the characteristic phenols found in traditional Weizens.
Weizenbier
Wheat malt and European hops create the recipe for this easy-drinking summertime classic. Light-bodied with a smooth finish, our Weizenbier features an authentic dry wheat yeast.
Robust Porter
A classic dark ale featuring chocolate and de-bittered black specialty grains. A nice, hoppy character is balanced well against this roasty, full-bodied beer.
India Pale Ale
We use plenty of hops to accent this popular style. From the bittering to the flavoring to the aroma hops, we create the perfect balance for this clean, crisp pale ale.
Scottish Ale
Our Scottish Ale is full of caramel malts, both in the extract and specialty grains. Chocolate malt, roasted barley and a touch of smoked malt bring this full-bodied, malty ale to completion.
Munich Helles
A light-colored German lager with malty profile. Slightly sweet with just enough bittering hops to balance the malt. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.
Smoked Porter
Dark brown in color, this rich full-bodied Ale is smooth, with chocolate and coffee-like overtones. Smoked malt imparts a complex, pleasant aroma and flavor with a balanced and subtle hop finish.
Belgian Tripel
Our Tripel contains one pound of light Belgian candi sugar to create a high gravity beer that is golden in color with a creamy, white head. This kit has plenty of dried malt extract and specialty grains to accent its complexity. The hops create a mild, spicy character.
Imperial Pale Ale
This beer style has been perfected on the West Coast and we are proud to create an extract version for the homebrewer. This beer is very big, very hoppy and somewhat arrogant. Use your homebrewing skills to make the most of this recipe!
Russian Imperial Stout
This full-bodied dark brew has an intense roast flavor with a huge malt influence. The hop bitterness is offset by a touch of sweetness from the big malt character. Give this beer some time to mature and consider using an oak alternative for added complexity.
Dortmunder
This American-style Dortmunder is dark gold in color with a mild caramel influence from the crystal malt. The hops drive the taste and help give this brew a nice balance with big body and great mouthfeel. Lager yeast is included.
Imperial Nut Brown
Imperial Nut BrownA rich, complex high-gravity specialty ale. It’s a full-bodied brew with plenty of hop character to balance this Imperial style Brown Ale. The slight caramel and chocolate flavors are followed by a nutty aftertaste. Includes premium Safale S-04 yeast.
Witbier
A classic white ale brewed with wheat, barley, orange peel and coriander. It is lightly hopped and fermented with Safbrew WB-06 resulting in an fruity, spicy, refreshing beer with a dry finish.
Imperial Blond Ale
This recipe produces a malty, high gravity, full-bodied version of this easy drinking, well-rounded beer style. Golden in color, Imperial Blonde Ale uses the lightest malt extract available and a unique balance of domestic and imported hops. A great recipe if you like big blondes.
Black Lager
A smooth European lager with balanced roasted flavors and moderate hop bitterness. Dark brown in color with medium mouthfeel and a dry lingering aftertaste. This “Black Pils” has three hop additions and includes German-style noble hops. Packaged with Saflager W-34/70 dry yeast.
Rachbier
A unique German lager that uses roasted and smoked malts to create a well balanced beer with a toasty richness. Includes Saflager W-34/70 dry yeast.
Oatmeal Stout
This seasonal ale is medium-full bodied, rich and toasty in flavor. Victory malt combines with the flaked brewers oatmeal to offer a nutty yet silky character. Dark chocolate barley adds an impression of roasted coffee. 2-row malt is included to aid in converting the oat’s starches into fermentable sugars. The selected yeast will yield a fermentation that leaves a slightly sweet character.
Holiday Ale
This full-bodied amber beer has a rich, malty character that is flavored with orange peel, cinnamon and other spices. It is a complex winter brew balanced with high alpha-acid hops. At 7 – 8% this strong ale will be sure to warm you throughout the festive holiday season.
Summer Ale
Pleasant citrus notes come from the bitter orange and lemon peel. Fermented with premium Safale US-05 dry yeast, this beer finishes clean with lingering flavors of citrus and spice. Crisp and refreshing.
Marzen Festbier
Our Marzen Festbier has a complex, malty mouthfeel obtained from a Vienna, Munich and Pilsen base. This “Fest” beer is stronger than our Classic version and is fermented with the premium Saflager S-23 yeast.
MAIBOCK
This seasonal lager is a classic representation of the style – a golden, strong Bock with a distinct hop character. Ample Pilsner malt is complimented by Vienna and Munich giving this rich lager a full, malty mouthfeel. German Hallertau provides a distinct noble hop aroma and the specially selected lager yeast produces a traditional clean lager profile.
